Orange Milano and Icy Sidewalks

Just because I wanted a reason to get out of the house for a little bit, I ran (definitely not literally) over to Safeway to get some snacks for the family. Along the way, I was having an interesting time trying to walk without looking like an idiot. I must say, that despite my unfamiliarity with icy layers over snow, I think I did pretty well, even when I slid around in places.

Thankfully, there's no wind to blow freezing air at my face. Speaking of which, when I went over to ACMA on Monday, the cold air gave me what resembles sunburn over my nose and cheeks! It's really weird because I can't really call it frostbite or freezer burn, but it's... yeah, I don't know. Whatever it is, it's weird and I have to put moisturizer on my face, otherwise the skin flakes off.

So, I'm now sitting here with a bottle of Dr. Pepper, a York peppermint patty, and orange Milanos (which are incredibly good). Although, the fun and excitement of using a lot of energy just to stay standing outside hasn't really gotten me over the fact that I'm really ready for break to be over. I suppose I've been ready for break to be over for about a month now. I really want to get back to campus and my own room.

Anyway, enjoy the snow/ice for one more day (hopefully)...

Abadoss in Bad Blood Loss
In this powerfully stated spy thriller, abadoss (Nicolas Cage) is a hard-nosed informant with a desire for revenge. He must get to saffroncisco (Nicole Kidman) before the vile rosemilk (Lucy Liu) harms her. For no apparent reason, he demolishes a subterranean fortress. The killing doesn't stop until you turn it off in disgust.

chapped skin. it's the same principle as chapped lips.

Makes sense to me. I'm just not used to the concept of anything besides my lips getting chapped...
