How compatible with me are YOU?

Anyway, today and yesterday were fun... I'll start off with yesterday... because yesterday came before today, which is why it's called yesterday... yeah...

Yesterday I dropped (I used the word "yesterday" far too many times in this entry, already...) off by the school and picked up pictures, sent off final transcript, and dropped off more Grotto CDs... oh, yeah... I then went over to Hollywood video for a job interview. That was fun, and I'll be back for a second interview as soon as someone calls me... anyway... that night, my mom, my brother, and I heard a kitten outside. It was a really fiesty little puff of fur, but it was also really scared.

The poor thing was hissing and spitting at us, so we put it in a carrier with a bowl of milk until this morning when we took it over to a vet to see if anyone could take care of it (the next stop would have been the pound) luckily, one of the vet people was kind enough to take it into foster care until they could sucker someone into adopting it. There's no doubt that it will find a home really fast. It's all black with blue eyes, and once it was out of house (we already have two cats) it was docile, calm, and had a really nice personality. I wish it the best.

Oh, wait... the vet trip was today... uh... oh, well... anyway, I get a call from Keisuke, asking for directions to Alby's house (since I had essentially invited him and gave him my phone number since I couldn't remember the directions off-hand). I, in turn, told him to meet me at the Beaverton TC because I still couldn't remember how to get there without being on the trail, myself. So, I dawned my leather trench coat and went to meet Keisuke.

Made the whole trip in my trench coat... heat is not an issue for me, so that wasn't what had me... it's the fact that biology is not as kind as my mind. I was sweating profusely. It was actually dripping out of my sleeves... I was not thrilled about that. My trench coat is fine, except for the fact that I can't remove the lining from the sleeves, so it was sticking to my skin and causing me to sweat even more... this is kinda nasty, I'll skip it...

Anyway, saw Young Frankenstein at the Movie Night... lots o' fun... also saw rosemilk's IT projects and Monty Python's "And Now for Something Completely Different"... the British rock, but DAMN! That was a very disturbing movie... funny as all hell, but disturbing... afterword, Alby showed us a bunch of family photos. It was crazy seeing him like that way back when... he looks so different!

Yay... I'm going to sleep, now... got a picnic tomorrow... today... yeah...

Current Mood: sleepy sleepy
Current Music: "Buttercup" -Damn, I can't remember... that's sad...
