First Day... Again...

Well, everything is nice and dandy! I'm a Senior with all the powers that entails... hehe... Anyway, here's a little brief synopsis of my day.

First, I wake up two minutes before my alarm goes off, but I stood in the middle of my room for about fifteen mintues before I decided to start packing my bag for school. Then I took a shower (accidentally dropping the corner of my towel in the toilet [I was not pleased]), shaved (no shaving cream, so I resorted to using the electric hair clippers), and tried to have breakfast (there was no milk, so I couldn't have cereal, and the bread was gone... needless to say, there was no breakfast for Kenny). Once all this was done, it was time to go to the bus (except for by the time I got to the street I was suppose to wait on the bus had just rounded the corner, so I had to... sprint... yeah). So, I was on the bus (damp, stubbly, hungry, and winded) and I was ready for school.

When I arrived, the building was packed. I found my schedule and wandered off to class. I had Computer Multimedia first. I think I'll probably do well in that class. I figure I've had some experience working with Photoshop and various other programs, so I at least have a pretty good chance. Plus, being a Senior, I can b.s. what I need to... hehe... maybe not. Either way, it works.

Second period... uh... I swore to myself that I would never take a dance class. I was detiremined to do an independent contract... nope... Due to the conditions of my re-admittance, I had to make sure that all my credits would be accounted for. The counsiler used that against me to take... Intro to Movement... erg... I'm pretty sure that I'm the oldest in that group. Oh, well... I suppose it does secure my credit...

Third is not bad. I have the "dead white guys" class. Basically, it's English literature. I have no problem with that, and I actually like most of the classics. Maybe not all of them, but most. The teacher's not that bad. He's a guitarist along with various other things... I don't know what. He has a pretty good personality, so I'm thinking there's not going to be a problem there.

Fourth... good old Scott. I have Government and Economics with Mr. Scott. Good stuff. Senior flaunting is fun! hehe...

Fifth, I have Spanish II. It's crowded in there, but should be good. Once again, flaunting Senior powers is fun.

Sixth... hehe... By a twist of fate, I'm in Mr. Memory's music theory class. It's so fun to taunt him! He tries so hard to intimidate me, it's funny. Should be an interesting year with him. I wonder how long he'll take to blow his top off on me.

Seventh... once again, I'm the T.A. for Mrs. Thompson.

Eigth is the Advanced Ensemble. It's sounding nice. I think that will do well. We plan on going to New York and Harlem during Spring Vacation.

And last is ninth, which is the Men's Ensemble... the times on that are kinda weird, so I'm not sure all that's going on right now with that.

Well, I did a lot of battling with my emotions today as well. The most prevailant one was, of course, seeing Hannah again. Contact is cold or non-existant right now, but it's for the best. I need to give her back her space and let her be. I know we'll have to work together eventually, but I do my part to keep it professional. May be rough, but I'll learn to not fret anymore.

I just wish I could dump out all my feelings about her and start over... wouldn't solve anything, though. Besides, I have to deal with the now. I can get rid of it, so I have to learn to simply get over it. Oh, well. I hope this year will not be haunted by the image of her that I created in my head.

I think everything should go well. I'm looking forward to this year, though it will be a lot of work. I suppose that's just how life will be.

Well... I rarely shave anyway, but apperently, soap and water works the same way. Who would have guessed? (everyone except me...)

Hey, that's cool. Sure, I have no problems adding you to my friends list, and vice versa... As far as Tae Kwon Do... I don't actually practice it. I have learned stuff from it, but I'm more freestyle. That essentially means that I'll be getting my butt kicked a lot until I get pretty good... hehe...
