Seiken Densetsu 3

What I'm about to write makes me feel really nerdy, but, hey, why not?

Anyway, I've been playing a lot of Seiken Densetsu 3 lately (for the uninformed, Seiken Densetsu 3 is a sequel to the Secret of Mana, made my Squaresoft, which is a pretty popular RPG based on a real-time battle engine). One of the things that I've noticed, in particular, is that I can't imagine a sequel to Secret of Mana being any different.

While it's not horrible innovative, it manages to capture the same world in a whole new light, without shame and without making itself out to be more than it is. It's a very enjoyable game. However, I've been staying up too late playing it that I think I might need to consider waiting until summer to keep playing it.

Having played it a lot, I've also noticed one other thing... the plot keeps going... I complete the main objective that I get originally and then the game keeps on going. I swear I'm near the end of the game, but it feels like I'm barely halfway through. Maybe that's just RPG games in general. Oh, well.

Still, if you've played Secret of Mana and can get a hold of a copy of Seiken Densetsu 3 (it helps if you get a translated copy), then I would say go for it.

In the meantime, it's really late and I have to be up in the morning. Good night.
