Day of Songs

This whole idea of tags, I find rather interesting. I'm not entirely certain how I'm going to use them, but whatever. I went through one of the catagories in my memories, just adding tags to everything.

Anyway, on to my day. I was asked to visit the choir at ACMA today and talk a little about fundraising (in particular, my previous venture, the muffin shop). I was very grateful for the reception (who doesn't appreciate cheers). The last time I was there, I was told by one of the choir members that I couldn't return unless I brought a song with me, so I packed up An die Musik by Franz Schubert. That was very well received.

The talk about fundraising went fairly well, but I think that I should have written some of it down beforehand, since I got a little scatter-brained once I got up before them. They seemed to process it well, though, so I'm hoping that it'll be something that they can be successful with.

I'm a little tired and I have lots of backwork to do for Ornithology tomorrow. The final is tomorrow, so it's also the last day to turn stuff in. So, I'm going to cut this a bit short.

Before I do, today's extrenuous word of the day is: "eloquent" - The ability to speak with grace at high levels of grammar, syntax, vocabulary, and literary devices.

Yeah, it was a fun class. I learned far more about birds than I ever wanted to know.
