Keyboard Final

Today was my final in Functional Keyboard Skills. I was pretty nervous going into to it. I've been playing piano for several years now, but it was all self-taught, so when I started the class, I had a whole lot of bad habits to break before I could get anywhere. The other issue is that I'm fairly confident in my abilities to comprehend concepts and ideas and my ability to analyze and dissect information. However, this was a skill-based class, so I often felt like I was floundering a bit.

I went in at my appointed time, played as best as I could, trying to not dwell on mistakes and just move on, and I managed to pass the test in all areas (with only one section being close to not passing). This is a pretty big relief for me, seeing as how I'm not going to have to come back in during finals week to try and pass any sections I missed on this test. I'm very thankful for that.
