Uh... That Works Too...

On Monday, after my counselor informs me that I'm an insomniac, I get some slighty more surprising news.

My roommate and his fiance found an apartment to move into once they are married. However, they had to move into it by March 1st to secure it. So, because they don't want to move in together until after the wedding, one of them needs to move into it. Turns out that his fiance can't do it because she's only 19, where as my roommate is 21.

So, to make a short story shorter... assuming it was short to begin with... Jeremy is moving out and I get the room to myself for the rest of the year. Until then, I still have to find a way to get some sleep, though. I was up until 1:30 AM this morning waiting for him to finish writing a paper... merg...

Do you have a preference between living alone and with a roommate? I've been living at home while I go to school, so although it's not the same as having a roommate, 'tis similar in a way. :)

I'm looking forward to one day living on my own.

Re:

Well... I think that it'll go back to about what I felt living at home. Living in the dorms and living at home are still about the same idea except that at home, I had my own room, where as here, I haven't. Until I get an apartment of my own, I don't think I'll really know what it means to live on my own.

Hope that you're able to find a way around/through the insomnia. One of our friends is also an insomniac, so I know how tough it can be.

What a shame that the problem has kept you from enjoying the comapny of what otherwise sounds like a good roommate.

Thanks. Yeah, it's definitely a shame.
