Insomnia

Okay, so I've officially been labelled an insomniac... I suppose I could've guessed that, but now I have a professional... er... opinion. Okay, so here's what I had told my counsellor about my sleeping patterns when she told me I was indeed aflicted with insomnia:

-I'm light, sound, and touch hyper-sensitive when I'm trying to go to sleep
-It takes about two to four hours to get to sleep
-I average about four hours of sleep a night
-My sleep cycle doesn't include a dream stage
-I day-dream as I'm trying to get to sleep

Yup. So, I'm an insomniac... yay! (That was sarcastic, btw)

Good evening :) I saw you added me so I thought I would say hello and inform you I added you back.

I can relate to the light/sound/touch sensitivity. If there's even a shred of a ray of light I'm wide awake. Makes living with the moon difficult, I daresay. ;)

Re:

Indeed. It definitely makes living in the dorms a bit daunting.

Huh. Poor thing. Have you seen "Dream for an Insomniac?" You could go around waking your neighbors up and spouting semi-motivating phrases. Or just fall in love. ;o)

Re: insomnia

The latter would be nice, but given my history, I doubt it.

As far as the movie, I've not yet seen it.
