Rules for the Universe

At this time, I would like the following rules to miraculously and effectively apply to my life starting as soon as I complete this entry:

Rule #1: The weather will agree with my personality. It will rain at least once every other week and there will alway be at least one cloud that provides shade for my eyes from the sun at all times. The temperature shall remain an even 75 degrees when it is not raining and 50 degrees when it does. At least two consecutive days out of the year, heavy snow shall occur that dissipates without hassle after the two days. Those two days shall be on or around Christmas.

Rule #2: I shall know how to speak whatever language I want when I want to speak it. This rule also applies to reading and writing other languages.

Rule #3: Any music that I create in my mind will instantly appear in full score and instrumentation on sheet music, CD, and mp3.

Rule #4: I will instantly know every form of martial arts in existence and have the ability to combine any as I see fit. This also applies to weapons fighting.

Rule #5: I will have an unlimited amount of money that I can draw from. However, I can only use it for bills and practical things. For frivolous and useless things, I will give myself an allowance so that I don't stockpile things that I'll never use.

Rule #6: I will have a mansion/fortress/secret lair that will have at least two full libraries, several training rooms for martial arts, huge studios capable of orchestral recording, an ampletheatre or two, several underground floors, at least one massive lobby, a multi-level room, as many guest rooms as I could ever want, several full entertainment rooms (complete with computers, game consoles, ping pong tables, pool tables, etc.), and so many secret passage ways to everywhere. And it will be in a forest.

Rule #7: I will have a huge collection of swords and weaponry. Firearms will be limited with exception to archery.

Rule #8: Bad things will stop happening.

Rule #9: I will know exactly what needs to be said, done, or thought at any given moment.

Rule #10: I will suddenly loose several pounds and gain a lot of muscle.

Rule #11: I will be funny.

Rule #12: I'll be content with what I have.

So, maybe these rules won't suddenly become the universal norm, but I suppose that's okay. Hopefully, the last one is at least plausible...

Current Mood: hopeful hopeful
Current Music: "..." -Civilization III electronica music...

I so relate to #3. ;-) Nice list all the way around, I daresay.

You nailed a lot of rules for my life too, except I'm more comfortable at an even 60 degrees. I like it when it's rainy and cold, I hate the sun, I hate the heat. If it wasn't rainy and cold I'd be perfectly fine too. Just no sun.

Well, you remember that I was kind weird about the kind of weather I like.

I like your list. I wish it were my own list, and that it would be adhered to by nature.

However, I might change #1 slightly. More or less rain. Not sure. I really like the way it looks right after it rains. The streets have that reflective quality, and it shines the light back up on plants, and they look greener than normal. Plus, it gets rid of some of the smog graying up the sky and general air on a normal daily basis. Everything just seems cleaner after a nice good rain.

Well, there's nothing saying that you can't make it your own list... hey, you could create a meme out of it... not one of the code-generated ones, but one that you fill out... I suppose it's more of a survey or something like that... whatever... I'm going to go to bed now...
